2025 FILA Club Match: Register NOW for the Largest Amateur Tennis Event in South Korea
FILA Korea is bringing tennis enthusiasts together for the 2025 FILA Club Match, an exciting new concept competition that celebrates the spirit of tennis and community. Starting in January 2025, this year-long tournament will be the largest amateur tennis club competition in Korea, with 11 preliminary rounds and a final to determine the strongest tennis club in the nation.
Inspired by the legendary Björn Borg, a FILA ambassador who won 11 major tournaments, the competition reflects his perseverance and passion for the sport. Matches will be held on the third weekend of each month at premier tennis courts across the metropolitan area, including the Kiturami Clean Tennis Court in Guro-gu, Seoul.
Incredible Prizes and Benefits Await
Participants can look forward to exceptional perks, making this tournament a must-attend event for tennis lovers:
Grand Prize: Finals winners will receive tickets to the 2026 BNP Paribas Open, a world-class ATP Tour 1000 tournament in Indian Wells, California, USA.
Round Prizes: Each round's winners will earn prize money and FILA tennis merchandise worth 1 million won.
Participation Perks: All participants will receive FILA tennis products valued at 1.8 million won, plus exclusive group lessons from FILA Ambassadors, including renowned coaches such as Lee Hyung-taek, Song Ah, and Lim Yong-gyu.
A Celebration of Amateur Tennis
This tournament is open to anyone passionate about tennis, with no age restrictions. Teams must consist of 6 to 10 players, including a minimum of three men and three women, ensuring diverse participation. To maintain the amateur nature of the event, former professional tennis players and soft tennis players are not eligible.
Matches will rotate across a variety of surfaces—hard, clay, and artificial grass—offering participants a unique and challenging experience. The top 8 teams, based on a newly introduced club ranking system, will advance to the finals in December 2025.
